The enrollement period for the 2010-2011 program year will begin in January 2010. Applicants will be invited to an orientation and interviewed as part of the enrollment process in Spetember of 2010. Please complete the application and mail, fax or scan and email to rfluker@midnightgolf.org

Conduct

Program participants are required to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the Midnight Golf Program.  Program participants are required, at all times, to use respectful and appropriate language when addressing adults/mentors, visitors and each other. Program participants are required to follow directives in appropriate and respectful manner. Failure to adhere to or violation of this conduct policy will result in review and possible expulsion from the program.

Attendance

·         Participants expected to attend each session.

·         Expected to communicate intended absence before start of session

Dress code

Program participants are required to dress in golf attire at all times.  Golf attire should be neat, tailored and consistent with the tradition of the game of golf. The Midnight Golf Program’s dress code is strictly enforced – failure to comply will initiate review and possible expulsion from the program.
