Hello Readers,

I am a former teacher with the Detroit Board of Education. I know how superior programs ... affect young people in making better decison.
It has been a joy to see young adult’s blossom into something that maybe they never thought possible.
I have recently re-joined the power of volunteering in the community as our President Barack Obama suggested and joined forces with a powerful team of Ms Renee Fluker with her board of directors, PGA Professionals, and staff volunteers of the Midnight Golf program.

My middle daughter Whitney participated in the Midnight Golf program 2008-2009 and now is in her freshman year at Michigan State University studying Psychology and forensic science. I felt an obligation to give back to the program for what it has done for her, and more so it cost me nothing for her to participate. I believed this program to be a jewel for youth who are looking to become better than mediocre. I am fortunate to be part of the Midnight Golf program to help impact our young people to dream, to help mold themselves with other tools alongside their high school experience for the challenges of life they will meet.
I look forward to the end of the program to see what blossoms from the gardens of the Midnight golf program.

Midnight Golf, is in the top five best things I've ever done in my life!
And I am happy that I got the opportunity to come back
and do it again. Thank you Ms. Renee, Mr. Gamblin and to everyone
else that made Midnight Golf possible!
