Do you play golf at night? Is usually the first question that comes up when you talk about The Midnight Golf Program(MGP). The answer is simple. Playing golf at night is impossible unless someone shines a light.

In fact, that's what we do at the MGP. We use the game of golf to give young people a brighter vision of a positive future.

The MGP teaches life skills including financial literacy, college preparation, community activism, as well as, learning to play golf. It is a program that makes a significant difference in the lives of the participants. The participants come from a wide range of Detroit area high schools and community based programs. Through the training and experiences of the MGP the young people are empowered to dream bigger, equipped to live better and mindful to help others.

A major part of The MGP includes a unique travel experience, that takes place during Easter break. "The Road Trip for Success" exposes young people to wide variety educational options by visiting a number of Universities.

The Trip also allows the young people to put their golf training into action by playing golf at three 18 hole courses. We also frequent unique historical, cultural dining experiences that reinforce the etiquette and personal development training that is part of the program. We will be posting pictures from our sucessful trip soon.
